Now a train facilitator and coach, Abby looks forward to Dynamic Perspectives’ culture work, and new opportunities in her career.
In her free time, Abby enjoys walking at the Columbus Zoo (where she now knows the animals by name), going to her weekly writers group, and trying to make people care about hockey all year round.
Having previously help run the office for the Rotary Club of Fort Worth, Abby came to work for Dynamic Perspectives in 2020 well she was working on her first masters degree in Washington DC. With a background in culture and conflict, Abby has spent several years writing and researching about the ways that national culture, language, and leadership influence people, their behaviors, and their relationship to one another.

· I believe that the best work get done when we have the knowledge and skill to match the tasks that we are working on. When we’re unsure, asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but a valuable skill in and of itself.
· I believe that everyone has the right and freedom to decide how their work it’s done and what works best for them. Let’s create a space where personal choices can be freely communicated and respected.
· I believe that we should always look to the future with hope. We receive the energy we put out into the universe and anticipating the best outcome is the best way of getting what we need.
· I believe that all interactions should start from a basis of “How can I support you?”. When we come to each other out of service, we can leave everyone with a meaningful positive impact.
· I believe that taking risks is a necessary part of life. Sometimes you have to step into the unknown and it’s in that gray area that the living happens.
