In my 30+ years of consultative sales experience, I have helped senior leaders in organizations of all sizes and industries. My passion is listening carefully and reframing complex challenges so that it’s easier to craft solutions and improve organizational effectiveness.

I’ve also had the opportunity to experience both effective and ineffective leadership within client organizations and companies where I worked. I believe nothing stifles organizational achievement more than poor or unconscious leadership and unintended culture.

I am enthusiastic about helping clients identify, learn, and master the elements of great culture and leadership needed to move each organization to better results for clients, stakeholders, and team members.

I love College Football, and I am an SEC Fan. My husband I and I watch College Game Day every week and have our own Saturday Selection contest.

A trip to Italy is at the top of my bucket list.
