Emme Devonish

Emme Devonish is Principal and Executive Consultant at Creative Compliance Communication Services, LLC.  A Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional and a SHRM Certified Professional, she provides strategic advice, executive coaching, compliance services, and leadership training on ethics and organizational culture to diverse clients in various industries.

Her work on ethics and organizational culture raises awareness  on topics such as increasing psychological safety, reducing microaggressions, establishing a speak-up culture, modeling ethical behavior, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. She designs presentations, workshops, coaching sessions, and change management plans to enhance talent alignment and to foster greater respect and collaboration among individuals working in a team environment.

Emme began her career as an attorney, maintains a license to practice law in the State of New York, and is a Lecturer in Law in the Master of Legal Studies in Corporate Compliance program at the Santa Clara University School of Law. She holds Ph.D. in Film Studies from The University of Sydney, a M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Carlow University, a J.D/M.A. in Law and International Affairs from The American University, and a B.A. in French and International Relations from Syracuse University.
