Lynn Pollard

Lynn Pollard is a Transformational Coach, Business Consultant, and Master Facilitator

who focuses on the impact of transformation and complexity within ourselves and our organizations. Lynn assists individuals, teams, and organizations in finding elegant, practical solutions for complicated and everyday problems. Whether facilitating strategic planning, coaching leaders, facilitating business issues, or designing leadership development programs, she tailors her approach to maximize impact, leverage strengths and address challenges to success.

Lynn believes all change starts from within and that the inner game drives the outer game and paradoxically, she recognizes that structure creates behavior.  Lynn consistently creates safe environments for her clients to “get to the heart of the matter”. Her open, direct and engaging style produces results and establishes learning environments for growth and change.

She is known for her ability to assist her clients in having difficult, often high stake, conversations with themselves and others – the kind of conversations that challenge one’s beliefs, ideas and assumptions.  The kind of conversations that transform ourselves, our businesses and our own and other’s lives.

Knowledge areas of expertise include: business communications, team alignment, neuroscience and emotional intelligence, systems thinking, appreciative inquiry, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making in complex environments, culture change, structure and conflict resolution. 

Lynn completed graduate work at Syracuse University with a Masters in Social Work, focusing on Group Process and Family Systems. She continued her studies at Temple University, focusing on Adult Education and Organizational Effectiveness.  She is also an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner, certified facilitator for Crucial Conversations, past Director of the Resource Realization Coaching Institute and a highly experienced facilitator.

Lynn worked in private practice for many years, then as a Senior Facilitator for various national transformational leadership and coaching organizations. She began Pollard Consulting in 1989.
