Andrew is a self-described philomath - he can tell you why it is scientifically proven that mindfulness should be a standard practice in the workplace or the entire history of the paper clip.
He is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, creating innovative approaches to learning, and doing research for its fun.
Andrew lives on the beach in St. Augustine, Florida. He enjoys live music and theatre, travel, camping, serving others in the community, and curling up on the couch with his little Yorkie, Peanut.

Andrew holds a BS in Business Administration Human Resource Management, an M.Ed in Instructional Design, and an MBA from Western Governor’s University.
Andrew joined Dynamic Perspectives following a lengthy career in Retail Operations Management, Human Resources, and Corporate Training and Development. Andrew is also a Certified Executive Coach.

Lastly Andrew believes in Grace. It is important that we must not take ourselves so damn seriously.
