The Leadership Challenge® Facilitator Training is a fast-paced, hands-on two-day workshop that will prepare you to guide others to become their best selves as leaders and develop champions for leadership development. You'll be immersed in The Leadership Challenge® process to aid you in creating an implementation strategy for your organization and your clients.

You'll dive deeply into The Leadership Challenge® Workshop Facilitator's Guide, including customizable scripts, presentation slides, and audio clips. This training is an opportunity to take a guided tour through sample agendas, the Participant Workbook, and much more. There will be plenty of time to engage in facilitating the workshop to get valuable feedback and coaching to improve the effectiveness of your delivery and the outcome.

Attendees will complete the training with a sound understanding of the research foundation for The Five Practices of Exemplary Leaders® model and the ability to explain and interpret the Leadership Practices Inventory assessment. You'll be exposed to clever ways to conduct experiential activities that illustrate The Five Practices and breathe life into them. You'll also become adept at the myriad ways to use the Facilitator's Guide to develop a plan for a 2-day Leadership Challenge® Workshop. The exceptional take-away from this training is the ability to creatively infuse the Five Practices and the LPI into any existing organizational culture worldwide.

Prepare to experience the workshop in ways that add to your signature stories, enhance your confidence in facilitating the model, and inspire you to bring TLC to your organization and daily life. You will experience an in-depth and behind-the-scenes look at the workshop, its design, experiential activities, research foundation, and the core philosophy behind the model. Participants can hear the success stories and read the case studies of other participants, Certified Masters, and leaders who have successfully made extraordinary things happen within their organizations, lives, and communities. To attain the Trained Facilitator designation, each attendee will design and deliver at least one module of the TLC workshop and receive feedback from fellow participants and Certified Masters of The Leadership Challenge®.

Successful completion of this training gives participants guidelines, strategies, and ideas for tailoring The Leadership Challenge® Workshop to meet the specific needs of any group. Every trained facilitator receives The Leadership Challenge® Facilitation Set, including a workshop script and hundreds of additional experiential activities to customize your workshop. A certificate of completion as a Trained Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge® bolsters your credibility and expert status.
